We didn't have time, so that's why we would have stayed for longer. Truly enjoyed magnificent location, just next door to enough restaurants to choose from, Ostend, close to the Beach and main shopping area and Alpha. It also was in the centre of the town.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Ostend. Truly enjoyed how well priced the property was and its helpful staff with a friendly member of staff.

Stayed in a spotless and cheap room with 3 beds. Everything was perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed that. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, adjacent to city center as well as Ostend, close to the Beach and main shopping area.

Convenient location near the beach and airport. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

On arrival the reception guy was very friendly and helpful and I found the room clean and comfortable

All in all, it was ideal place for travelling to Ostend. The budget king room was cheap with 3 beds and the location was magnificent and stunning.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this hotel. The complementary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and the city center. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, and the bathroom could use some updating. The noise from the street was also somewhat bothersome at night.

We were unable to use the Safe in our room as the staff were unable to open it to change the password, no staff around after midnight. and our sink in the bathroom was leaking and even though we reported this and nothing was done . Would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, being close to everything, including the beach and the center of town. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities, like access to UK football games and tea making facilities in the rooms, make for a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast included is a bonus.

Everything was fine and there is nothing that needs improvement.

Very poor welcome and confusion about the compulsory payment of breakfast

i wish the manager could have told us the car park we used was one of the squires and un benown to use are car was in paynded at the police station and cost 200 eroues to get back. do not park your car in the squire in oosted on wed night/thur mor and fri/ night /sat as it will be lifted by the police. at least 10 a week are being taken nice little earner for the council.

Located near the sea and the city center, this hotel is perfect for those who want to be close to everything. The good-sized rooms offer a spacious bathroom and comfortable bedding. The receptionist was friendly and helpful with directions around town. the hotel provides a great breakfast buffet with a range of food options.

The thin walls could result in a noisy stay for light sleepers.
